SUMMARY:Fuel Cell Applications for Maritime Sector
DESCRIPTION:The IEA Advanced Fuel Cells Technology Collaboration Programme 
 (IEA AFC TCP)\, in close cooperation with other IEA Technology Collaborati
 on Programmes (TCPs)\, the IEA itself\, and key industry stakeholders\, is
  organizing this dedicated workshop.The event will gather speakers and par
 ticipants from across the sector - including shipbuilders and suppliers\, 
 cruise line operators\, port authorities\, classification societies\, repr
 esentatives from IEA and IPHE\, fuel cell manufacturers\, leading academic
  and research institutions\, and government agencies – to:
 
 Examine 
 the evolving policy landscape\, standards\, and international regulations 
 relevant to maritime fuel cell deployment\;
 Present case studies and bes
 t practices of fuel cell technologies in shipping and port operations\;
 
 Highlight emerging technology trends and demonstration experiences across 
 the maritime sector\;
 Discuss and define priorities for the launch of a 
 dedicated AFC TCP Task on fuel cell applications in the maritime sector.
