 al titolo&nbsp\;‘Energy efficiency first’ principle in practice: appli
 cations on local energy strategies\, previsto per il 14 ottobre\,sarà l'o
 ccasione per approfondire il ruolo delle autorità regionali e locali nell
 'applicazione del principio Energy Efficiency First (EE1st). Principio che
  prevede di valutare prioritariamente le misure di efficienza energetica e
  di riduzione dei consumi nelle scelte di pianificazione\, investimento e 
 definizione delle politiche pubbliche\, rispetto al ricorso a nuovi interv
 enti sulle infrastrutture energetiche.
